Jobs Guarantee is a funded employment programme for 18-24 year olds that brings together young people, employers and employment services to create meaningful job opportunities. Through paid employment, tailored support and strong employer partnerships, the programme helps young people gain valuable workplace experience, develop their skills and build confidence in a real working environment.
For employers, Jobs Guarantee offers access to motivated local talent and dedicated recruitment support, helping businesses fill vacancies while investing in the workforce of the future. For Jobcentres and employment services, it provides a clear route into employment for young people who may face barriers to work, creating opportunities that benefit individuals, businesses and local communities alike.
Delivered in partnership with The London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.

Are you a young person who wants to join Jobs Guarantee?
You must be aged 18-24 and have been looking for work and claiming Universal Credit for at least 18 months. If this applies to you, speak to your Work Coach and they can make a referral for you.
